**Special Designs are chargeable and does not apply on the bundles given as stated standard designs.
** Measurement can be arranged upon confirmation of the bundle.
**Our process of our company;
1. Upon confirmation there will be a ''Group chat opened with our company Team''.
2. 2D Will be drafter after measurement. ( Estimated 3 Working Days depends on complexity.)
3. Upon confirmation, From fabrication to installation of carpentry. It will takes approximately 18-21 working days. (Does not apply for complexity designs or full house carpentry)
4. After completion of work. Clients are advised to stay within the group chat as there is warranty of 3 years workmanship. Defects or issues can be sounded inside the group whenever needed and our team will be there to assist on your needs/issue/questions/problem.

-All residential unit must be able to access via carpark to lift landing without the need to carry over of more than 3 steps of stairs. Area of installation must be clear of debris or blockage for installation works.
-Installation of accessories are chargeable if required. Quote on site during measurement. (If any)
(HDB Standard Height or max height of 2600mm not exceeding)
***Access to unit via lift landing without the need to carry over steps to access to the block or additional charges will apply.
*** Laminates are in length of 1200mm by 2400mm. Height exceeding off the size will result in joint line of the laminations.
